Alternative Payment Plan Policy
The purpose of this policy is to assist
owners in remedying delinquencies and remaining current on
the payment of amounts owed to the Association by
establishing orderly procedures by which owners may make
partial payments to the Association for amounts owed without
accruing additional penalties.
Application of Payments Policy
The purpose of this policy is to set
priority of payments received by the Association from an
Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation bring the
corporation into existence.
The Bylaws define the administration and
management of the Community Association. They address
membership meeting requirements; procedures for electing
both the Board of Directors and officers; as well as define
the general powers and duties of the Board.
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,
and Restrictions establishes the standards and obligations
within the community. It clarifies property ownership by the
Association and that of individual owners. Thereby, creating
an interlocking relationship between all homeowners to one
another and to the Community Association.
Covenant Enforcement and/or Fining Policy
The purpose of the covenant enforcement
policy is to provide procedures for enforcement of the
restrictive covenants of the Declaration and rules and
regulations and elimination of violations.
Document Inspection and Copying Policy
The purpose of this policy is to establish
orderly procedures for the levying of fees and to notify
owners of the costs to be incurred associated with the
compilation, production and reproduction of the
Association's books and records in response to an owner's
request to inspect the Association's records.
Document Retention Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure
that the necessary records and documents of the Association
are adequately protected and maintained.
Email Registration Policy
The purpose of this policy is to
facilitate proper notice of regular and special Board
meetings of the Association.

Time-Saving Operational Guidelines
The purpose of the time-saving operational
guidelines is to effectively and timely discharge its duty
to collect assessments. These guidelines are in place to
help the homeowners.
