Dear Brookview Homeowners,

The Board of Directors would like to welcome everyone in the community. We are 5 neighbors trying to do everything we can to make this a great place to live.

 

The Annual Homeowners meeting was held on April 22, 2010.  All homeowners that attended will receive a $10.00 credit on their HOA account.  Thank you for helping us reach a quorum at the meeting.   

 

We are currently in the process of trying to get volunteers to begin several committess.  We have had volunteers in the past for Newsletter, but no one seems to be willing to get things started.  If you know anyone that is willing, please have them contact the board or CMA to join a committee.  All committee members MUST be residents of the community. 

 

We have recently received complaints that we do not have a newsletter, or activities committees.  If you are interested in being a chair member of a commitee and coordinating events, writing the newsletter, etc... please contact Teresa Lamb at CMA so that we can get you started on the committee.
