Committees
Please help our community by joining a committee. We need volunteers to head committees, be members of committees and help take ownership of our community.
Architectural Control
The Architectural Control Authority exists to approve or disapprove plans for improvements proposed by Lot owners. The members of this Committee are appointed by the Board of Directors and act by simple majority vote.
The Communications Committee shall exist for the purpose of developing and maintaining the Brookview Homeowners' Association newsletter, website, and directory. All such forms of communication must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to publication and distribution.
Landscape & Yard of the Month Committee - The Landscape Committee shall exist for the purpose of advising and assisting the Board of Directors in developing and carrying out plans for community properties. At this time, the Landscape Committee oversees the "Yard of the Month" program.
Crime Watch
The Crime Watch Committee shall act as "extra eyes and ears" for the police and other law enforcement agencies as deemed appropriate, advising and assisting the Board of Directors in creating a safe, crime-free community. We need volunteers!

The Social Committee shall exist for the purpose of advising and assisting the Board of Directors in creating activities that foster a sense of community. Currently we do not have an active social committee. Anybody interested in chairing this committee, please contact CMA or the board using the contact us page.
