CMA Managment 

 

While the elected Board makes decisions for the Association, they have hired CMA to handle the day-to-day operations of the Association.  Some of the duties include communication with homeowners, billing and collection of assessments, contract negotiation and supervision, financial statements, budget preparation, enforcement of use restrictions, insurance procurement and many other Association related needs.

Board of Directors 

 

Your Board of Directors are elected each spring at the Annual Meeting.  They are volunteers and do not receive any form of compensation or special privilege for their service. 

 

The following homeowners were elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting held on April 22, 2010:
