The Articles of Incorporation bring the corporation into existence.

The Bylaws define the administration and management of the Community Association. They address membership meeting requirements; procedures for electing both the Board of Directors and officers; as well as define the general powers and duties of the Board.

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions establishes the standards and obligations within the community. It clarifies property ownership by the Association and that of individual owners. Thereby, creating an interlocking relationship between all homeowners to one another and to the Community Association.

The purpose of the covenant enforcement policy is to provide procedures for enforcement of the restrictive covenants of the Declaration and rules and regulations and elimination of violations.

The purpose of the collection policy is to establish rules and procedures in collecting outstanding balances owed to the Association by Owners in the Development and for application of payments made by Owners.

The purpose of the time-saving operational guidelines is to effectively and timely discharge its duty to collect assessments.  These guidelines are in place to help the homeowners.
